
Dawn Grippa brings five years of experience in RTI, Intervention and Cross-Categorical education to her current position as the sixth and seventh grade Intervention Specialist at FPMS. Dawn attended Xavier University where she earned a BS in Early Childhood Education and a Masters of Education in Special Education. When she’s not in the classroom, Dawn enjoys spending time with her nine-year-old son, who is a 4th grade Rocket at Fayetteville Elementary, and they love all things Disney!

Roger Griffith brings thirty-four years of experience to FPHS where he teaches Physical Science, Physics, and Chemistry. Roger has a BA in Secondary Comprehensive Education from Miami University and a Masters in School Counseling from Xavier University. Roger is married and has three children -- two sons and a daughter. He lives in Brown County where he enjoys farming and serving as a Pike Township trustee..

Hannah Buchanan teaches Algebra I and Geometry to Freshmen and Sophomores at FPHS. She comes to us with a degree in Math and Language Arts from Miami University. Hannah has a two-year-old son, Joseph, and she was recently married to her husband Josh, who also brings his four-year-old daughter, Alayna, to the family. Hannah and Josh are busy with their growing family; they are expecting a new baby at the end of March.

Kacey Smith is an Intervention Specialist at FPMS. She graduated from Cedarville University with a degree in Special Education. Kasey has education in her blood; her father is a HS principal, and she lives with her parents and brother in Williamsburg, Ohio. Kacey's family are diehard Ohio State fans! When she’s not at school, Kasey enjoys reading, jigsaw puzzles, and playing softball and volleyball.

LETTER FOR HOUSEHOLDS FOR FREE MEALS
2021-2022
Children need healthy meals to learn. The Fayetteville Perry Local School District offers healthy meals each school day. The USDA has approved to extend the waiver which allows Child Nutrition Departments to operate under the Seamless Summer Option (SSO) for the 2021-22 school year. This means that all students will receive free meals, regardless of meal status. Second meals will be available for purchase. When purchasing second meals, prices are as follows…second breakfast costs $2.00; second elementary lunch costs $2.75 and second high school lunch costs $3.00. Your children may qualify for free meals or for reduced-price meals. Reduced price for first breakfast and first lunch is free for the 2021-22 school year under the SSO program.
