Welcome Rocket Family. As we move towards the holidays, I hope that everyone can find something to be thankful for in the season. Whether it be family, relatives or friends, take a moment to thank the ones around you and appreciate the time that you can share with them.
The Fayetteville teachers and students are working hard in their classes and it is showing in their grades. The end of the second quarter is quickly approaching and I would like to take time to encourage all students to finish the quarter on a strong note. During the month of December we will have our second round of MAP testing, which will give us an idea of where students are and what we need to do, so they are ready for the state test in April.
The middle school fall sports season wrapped up with the 7th and 8th grade girls volleyball teams winning the league championship and the league tournament. The football team ended the season with a winning record, with help from the cheerleading squad cheering them to victory. The basketball season has just begun and we are looking for another great season with the teams.
If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to call the school at 513-875-2829. Hope to see you at school activities and events. And as always … GO ROCKETS!
