The Fayetteville FFA held their 2nd meeting of the year after school today, with 60 members in attendance! They voted and discussed on upcoming events and had a guest speaker. School Resource Officer Noonan spoke to the FFA members about safe driving and making the right decisions. Thank you, Officer Noonan, for speaking to our FFA chapter!



Today, our Fayetteville FFA chapter took the Fayetteville-Perry Elementary first grade students to Shaw Farms for their annual Fall Fest activity! Students went on a hayride, learned about agriculture, enjoyed the play area, visited animals, and got to take home a pumpkin!






One more piece of athletic news: Our own Alexis Deffren will be running in the Southwest District Cross Country Meet Saturday, Oct. 19, 2:00 PM, at the Voice of America Park. Please note; there is online ticketing only for this event! Good luck Alexis and Coach Williams.


Our excellent volleyball season continues with the OHSAA opening match Saturday, Oct 19 @ 3:30 at Norwood HS. The same ticket link can be used after our opponent has been determined this evening; either MVCA (#1 seed) or St Bernard-Elmwood Place. An update will be forthcoming.

We have posted a link for OHSAA tickets: For our home soccer matches for girls (Thursday, 7 PM) & boys (Saturday, 7 PM) simply add FPLS and our two event tabs will pop up for you to enter quantity and pay online. You may also purchase tickets at the gate (cash only) that night.

SW District Bd has updated starting times for our two home tournament soccer matches this week. Girls Thursday vs Blanchester and boys Saturday vs Purcell Marion are both 7:00 PM kickoffs. Make plans to support our ๐โฝ๏ธ!

Last night, the Fayetteville FFA had 17 members participate in their annual Cardboard City to raise awareness for homelessness! Members made houses out of cardboard and spent the night on the track area. Throughout the night, members did a variety of activities such as a get to know you ice breaker, team building tower construction, and made inspirational signs for their houses. Members donated non-perishable items that they will donate to HOPE Emergency, and there were over 150 items collected!

Great job to the Fayetteville Cross Country runners today at the SHAC league meet! Alexis Deffren placed 14th in the HS girls race! The Jr High boys team placed 4th with Mason Williams placing 4th overall and Ethan Blust in 9th place! Lots of PRs today! Way to go Rockets!๐










8th graders participated in a fossil field trip day at Caesar Creek State Park! They did a hike, fossil presentation, visitor center tour and fossil field hunting!

Today, the Fayetteville FFA Chapter held their annual Agriculture Day at the Cincinnati Center for Autism! They brought along sheep, goats, ponies, rabbits, chickens, and sensory bins of grain for students to learn and interact with agriculture!






Our final football home game vs CNE tonight will feature Senior Night for band, cheer, and ๐players performing at home for the final time. Kickoff at 7:00, Sr Night during halftime.
