Alumni and Southern Hills students can pick them up in the office during regular hours. If an alumni ordered a book and has a younger brother or sister at the school, the sibling may pick it up for them. All other students may pick them up in Mrs. Gilpin's room at the beginning of the day, during her third period plan, or 6th period. Enjoy your weekend! As always, go Rockets!

Big day for Rocket Athletics Saturday:
Volleyball at Brown Co. Tourney at Georgetown HS ((Admission $10 adult; $5 students)! Girls soccer at Springfield HS, 11 AM JV/1 PM varsity. Boys soccer at Jamestown Greeneview, 2 PM Varsity only. Challenging openers 🚀❤️


Jamboree Varsity football scrimmage this evening here with a 7 PM kickoff vs Middletown Christian. Admission is $5 adults, $4 students & Senior Citizens (Fayetteville Senior citizens free!)! Make plans to turn out to support our young men 🚀🏈!


📣Friday morning the Class of 2027 will have a meeting in the cafeteria at 7:45am. The SHCTC bus will depart promptly after the meeting. If you have any questions contact Mrs. Murphy, Class of 2027 Advisor.

Girls volleyball travel to CNE for their last scrimmage test tonight prior to Saturday's regular season opening event, the Brown County tournament at Georgetown HS. Our 🚀🏐 open with the host school at 9 AM. It is a highly competitive event vs near rivals. Make plans to attend!

Boys soccer team with a good effort and execution from the entire roster routing McClain 7-1 in our scrimmage tuneup. Boys varsity travels to Jamestown Greeneview Saturday for a 2 PM opener vs the Rams.


Girls scrimmage opener at Greenfield McClain went well for our Rockets. Our girls face a testing Springfield squad on the road. JV girls at 11:00 AM; Varsity at 1 PM.

Reminder that tomorrow, August 13th, 2025 is the first day of school! Elementary starts at 7:55 a.m. and the HS/MS start time is at 7:50 a.m. Can't wait to see everyone back on campus!

This is a reminder that all students in our district will receive a free breakfast and a free lunch for the 2025-2026 school year.
Also, we will be adding a prepackaged p b & j sandwich as a lunch choice for this year.

Congratulations to our Fayetteville FFA Chapter, as they have been named a 2025 National 3 Star Chapter by the National FFA Organization! They will be recognized on stage at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis this fall.
