
๐๐ men's update: JV and Varsity ๐ travel to Ripley tonight for a SHAC doubleheader tipping off at 6 PM. Due to illness at East Clinton schools, our doubleheader with the Astros will be moved from next Tuesday to Wednesday, February 12 with a 6 PM JV tip.

Congratulations to our Rocket Bowlers! Ava West made the All-Tournament team & Jaelyn Barber All-SHAC to lead our girls to a second place finish in the SHAC tournament yesterday. For the boys; Dillon Wagner made the All-SHAC Bowling team.

Huge congratulations to our Girls JV and Varsity Basketball teams for bringing home the W tonight! ๐ช๐ Both teams played with heart, hustle, and determination, securing back-to-back wins as the JV girls defeated Williamsburg and the Varsity defeated Fairfield. Way to go, ladies!

Landon Huber and Wyatt Wolfer represented the Fayetteville FFA chapter as they competed in the District 9 FFA Ag. Power Diagnostics competition at Ag. Pro in Wilmington. They are given various scenarios and have to properly diagnose and fix the issues on many types of equipment.
We are pleased to announce they got 2nd in the district!! They will be patiently waiting to see if they will be advancing to state contest. They will find out next week!

Good luck to our Rocket Bowling teams today as they travel to Aberdeen for the Southern Hills Athletic Conference tournament at Town and Country Lanes. Coaches Meet at 4:00, followed by practice then ๐ณ!!!

PTO Update: Orders are in! Little Caesar's Fundraiser delivery date is Monday, February 10th. If you have orders please be sure to pick them up between 3:15pm - 6pm at door 27 behind the Elementary. The PTO appreciates all your support!

Elementary Parents: Conferences are tomorrow from 4-8. **Rockets Bounce Back in a Big Way!**
After a tough stretch, our Boys Varsity and JV Basketball teams came out strong and dominated against West Union! Huge wins for both squads-letโs keep the momentum going!





PTO Update: Bookfair/Bring a Friend to Breakfast for the remainder of this week has been cancelled. We will reschedule and advise of new dates. This includes Weds. 2/5- Pre-K , Thurs. 2/6- 4th Grade, and Fri. 2/7- Kinder. Again, this is for the bring a friend to breakfast and bookfair for the remainder of this week.

If you or a member of your family went to Fayetteville High School in the 1970's we're giving away your yearbooks for FREE. We have multiple available. Contact the high school secretary or Mrs. Jennifer Gilpin. More yearbooks will be sold at the next girls and boys basketball home game for a donation of $5 for years 1980-2020 and $10 for books from 2021-2024.

Monday was a great day for Rocket ๐ณ! Girls led by Ava West 185 and Jaelyn Barber 187; boys Grant Short 200, Gavyn Dennis 236, and Dillon Wagner 204-2012 (finishing the year with 204.6 average) resulted in a victory over Leesburg Fairfield.

Lady Rockets fall short in a tough match up against Williamsburg. Keep your heads up ladies! Let's get the next one!

On Thursday January 30th, the Middle School held it 1st Semester Awards Assembly, to recognize the students for all of their hard work. Students recieved awards for Top Student, Most Improved, Rocket Award, Perfect attendance, Honoir and Merit Roll. Congratulationsa to everyone that received an award.
