Attention Seniors! Monday morning from 7:30-8am Jostens will be here handing out Graduation Orders. Any students who attend the CTC please be here right at 7:30, as we don't want to hold the CTC Bus longer than we need too!

๐We are pleased to announce our new HS Football and Track Coach, Justin P. Millisor!
He will be teaching 7-12 PE and HS Health! Coach Millisor is a 1998 graduate of Marion Elgin High School where he was a two time Special Mention All-Ohio Running Back and was named the Marion City/County Player of the Year following his senior season. After graduation Millisor accepted a scholarship to play at NCAA Division II Ashland University, and spent two seasons with the Eagles before transferring to NCAA Division III Heidelberg, where he was a two year starter on the defensive line. He has been coaching since 2002, most recently Millisor served as Offensive Coordinator at Fremont Ross and Marion Harding, and Defensive Coordinator at Marion Elgin and Sandusky.

Heather Strong is the Cross-Categorical Teacher at FPHS serving students in grades 9-12 who learn core curriculum along with vocational and life skills. She has a Bachelorโs in Education and Special Education from Wilmington College and holds an RE Early Childhood (P-3) License and an Intervention Specialist (K-12) License. Heather recently completed the Ohio Department of Educationโs Resident Educator Program and passed the RE Exam! When sheโs away from school, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, their six children, soon-to-be daughter-in-law, and their grandson.


Sarah Moore is in her eighth year of education and serves as the K-3 Intervention Specialist at FPES. She has a Bachelorโs in Early Childhood (P-3) Education from Wilmington College and recently completed her Masterโs in Special Education. Sarah has a Professional Early Childhood (P-3) License with endorsements in Early Childhood Generalist (4-5) and Reading (PreK-12) and an Intervention Specialist (K-12) License. Sarah is a member of Bible Baptist Church where she enjoys helping with their annual Vacation Bible School program. She is a die-hard Cincinnati fan who loves spending time with her family and rooting on the Bengals and the Reds.


Rhonda Ackley has devoted almost four decades to education and currently serves as the Cross-Categorical Teacher at FPES. She has a B.A. in Elementary Education from Concordia College and holds a Special Education (K-12) License. Rhonda is qualified to teach all core subjects and serves students in grades K-5. In addition to supporting her students in the classroom, Rhonda also supports new teachers as a Resident Educator Mentor. She enjoys cooking, baking, and trying new recipes. Rhonda and her husband, who is also an educator, have two grown children and one grand-daughter; they also enjoy serving at the Georgetown Church of Christ where they are active members.


Mat Frump teaches 6th grade science and social studies at FPMS. He has a B.S. in Middle Childhood Education from Ohio University and a M.S. in Educational Administration from Franciscan University. Mat completed the Ohio Department of Educationโs Resident Educator Program to qualify for his Professional Middle Childhood (4-9) License and works with his students outside the classroom as the MS/HS cross country coach and MS basketball coach. Mat loves the outdoors: backpacking, hiking, fishing, and running. He serves as youth group leader for St. Maryโs Catholic Church and enjoys spending time with his nephew and his dog, Marley.


Carol Strong is an Intervention Specialist at FPHS where she helps students in grades 9-12 be successful in all core subjects. Prior to her time at FPLS, Carol taught 9th grade Physical Science and 10th grade Biology. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Southern State Community College where she taught Anatomy and Physiology. Carol has a B.S. in Biology with a Business Spanish Certification from the University of Cincinnati and a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. She is currently pursuing her Masterโs in Teaching and Curriculum from Bowling Green State University. Carol enjoys visiting her brother in Tennessee and traveling with her fur-baby, Jasper.


Krista Nunez teaches Foundations of English, 9th grade English, and 11th grade American Literature at FPHS. She has a B.S. in English Education from Miami University, a Masterโs in Education from Indiana Wesleyan and holds a Professional High School (7-12) License with an English endorsement. Krista is an avid FC Cincinnati soccer fan who also enjoys serving as the assistant coach for the HS Lady Rockets soccer team. She is an active member of her church and loves spending time with her husband of eighteen years, Steve, and their three children: Izzie, Isaac, and Jojo. Krista has an infectious laugh fueled by her love of coffee โ a LOT of coffee!


Angie Noble is a Title I Reading Teacher at FPES where she also taught 1st and 4th grades in previous years. She has a Bachelorโs in Elementary Education from Wilmington College and a Masterโs in English Education from Nova Southwestern University. Angie holds a Professional Elementary (1-8) License from the Ohio Department of Education which qualifies her to teach all subject areas to ES students. Angie strives to reinforce positive student behavior with her work on the PBIS team, and she supports the district out of the classroom by volunteering with the FPLS Boosters and Band Boosters. Angie is married to her high school sweetheart, Chad, and they have four daughters. When sheโs away from school, Angie enjoys reading and spending time with her family.


Katie Bailey is in her eighth year of education and teaches 5th grade English Language Arts at FPES. She has a Bachelorโs in Elementary Education from Northern Kentucky University and holds a Professional Early Childhood (P-3) License with an Early Childhood Generalist (4-5) Endorsement from the Ohio Department of Education. Outside of the classroom, Katie serves on the ES Literacy Committee evaluating potential ELA curriculum. When sheโs away from school, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, Sean, and their children, Noah and Jennifer.


Salli Swisher brings almost three decades of educational experience to her Kindergarten students at FPES. She was recently named the FPLS Teacher of the Year and will compete for the county title this fall. Salli has a Bachelorโs degree in Education from Morehead State University and a Masterโs degree in Reading instruction from Nova Southeastern University. She holds a Professional Kindergarten-Primary (K-3) License which qualifies her to teach all subjects in her self-contained classroom. Salli is truly a hometown girl, living in the house she grew up in in Mt. Orab, and she is a member of the Mt. Orab Church of Christ. She has two college-age daughters, and she spends her free time Bible journaling and playing outside with her sweet, yellow lab, Sasie.


Becky Vaughn is a FHS graduate who was blessed with the unique
opportunity to teach alongside her father, Mr. Kidd, during her twenty-five year educational career. For the past eight of those years, she has served as a Title I Reading Teacher at FPES. She has a B.A. in Elementary Education from Wilmington College, a Masterโs in Teaching and Learning (Reading) from Nova Southeastern University, and holds a Professional Elementary (1-8) License. Becky supports district improvement by serving on a number of committees including the Building Leadership Team, the Literacy Initiative Committee, and the PBIS Committee. She has been married to her husband, Phillip, for twenty-six years, and they have a daughter, Ruby, another future FHS graduate!
