Good Morning
Students: masks should be worn at all times while in the building and we should practice social distancing whenever possible. When you have finished your lunch, please put your mask back on.
Any 8th Grader interested in attending a Summer Career and College Academy June 1 -4, Please see Mr. Herron or Mrs. Calvert asap. This is a great opportunity to explore future careers at Southern Hills Career Technical Center. Transportation to and from is provided.
Students: the prizes we are going to give at the incentive day will be gift cards. Everyone who is able to attend the incentive day will have their name placed into a drawing for prizes. You can earn extra chances by having perfect attendance from 4/12 until the incentive day. By not having any discipline referrals, and by having a teacher nominate you for caught being good. Each teacher can nominate 1 student.
We want to thank all students for giving their best effort last Friday during the Math Test Part II. The 8th grade with take the science test this Wednesday and Friday.
The Middle School will hold a dance on April 30th (last day of testing). The theme is Hawaiian Luau. Cost is $10 presale and $12 at the door. School appropriate attire is expected. Tickets can be purchased during lunches.
