Plans are being made for a "drive-through" Kindergarten registration event on May 20 from 12:00-7:00. Parents/Guardians will drive to the back parking lot of the elementary and be given instructions from there. In order to obtain contact information for our incoming Kindergarten families we have created an online preregistration form to be completed. That information will be used to communicate information concerning registration with individual families. The preregistration form can be found by clicking here.
Children must be five years of age by September 30, 2020 in order to register for kindergarten. Several forms will be required for registration. Those can be found, and downloaded, by clicking here. Forms 1-11 will need to be completed, as well as the four forms in the folder "kindergarten health forms". If you reside outside of the district the form inside the folder "open enrollment forms" must be downloaded and filled out as well.
When the "drive-through" registration event is scheduled the information will be communicated to families using the contact information on the preregistration form, and to the general public on our website, on social media, and the newspapers.
Please bring the following items to the registration event: child’s birth certificate, social security card, immunization record, and custody papers (if applicable), current utility bill and driver’s license for proof of residence. Be aware that school personnel will need to see original copies of all documents and will need copies of all documents for our records.
