Beacon Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine continues to be committed to keeping athletes and families healthy. Beacon is deemed an essential business based on the Stay at Home Order from the State of Ohio. Therefore, our five main office locations (Beacon Summit Woods, Beacon West, Beacon East, Beacon NKY, and Beacon Miamisburg) are open, and appointments are available if anyone from your community needs to see one of our medical providers. Our locations are orthopaedic only, so you avoid traffic from hospitals and emergency rooms.
Alternatively, for your safety and comfort, we are now also offering Telehealth video visits, especially for more routine follow-ups and postoperative care. If you wish to schedule an in-person appointment in one of our offices or a Telehealth video visit, please call 513-354-3700.
Additionally, we want you to be aware that we have instituted new health and safety protocols. In addition to our daily cleaning efforts, we’re increasing the time spent cleaning and sanitizing our locations. We are also screening all patients and staff as they enter our facilities. If you’d like to read more about our health and safety protocols please click here.
If you could please share this information with your internal email lists and on social media we would greatly appreciate it. I have been seeing many of your athletes posting workout videos on social media. It’s great to see your athletes staying active during this Stay at Home Order. Injuries are possible anywhere and anytime, and we want you to know we are committed to continuing to offer our high level orthopaedic care as long as we are able.
Thank you for being our valued partners. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me.
